I Am Sam

When a child gets separated from her beloved father, is love enough to bring them back together..? Does it matter what others say or think..?

And she then said, "All you need is love."

Hmm.. I'll always remember those words. Man, that was a wonderful movie. One that never fails to brighten up my day. It almost brought tears to my eyes. Heh. Now that's one effective movie. I watched it for the third time today since quite some time ago and I didn't get bored. And wow, Sean Penn was a hell of a great actor. Playing the father, who's got the mind of a 7-year-old, he was fighting for her daughter's custody and it was like moving against the current. Although his chance to get her back was rather slim, he literally worked very hard to gain that custody. And yeah, like every other happy-ending movie, he managed to win the case with one precious thing that is almost priceless: Love.

It is undeniably a must-watch classic.
